The mission of IA21 is to provide artists with new opportunities for exposure and career advancement, while supporting excellence in Art. Formerly known as Artists Emerge, we have been in existence since April of 2007. We've awarded funds and opportunities for exposure. We aim to continue to manifest the Fine Arts.
